Even after many years of professional experience top chef Mario Lohninger enjoys his work each and every day and is passionate about his profession. He also wants to inspire young people about becoming chefs:

I want to pass on my numerous international experiences and passion for gastronomy and am always looking for fresh talents who feel as deeply about ingenious and varied cooking as I do. At restaurant Lohninger we are not much influenced by current trends, but rather like to set them ourselves! Our signature combination of classic Austrian cuisine and Asian and New York influences is legendary, with it we not only lay the foundation for an exciting menu, but also for a varied work routine. It is especially important for me to support my employees in finding their own style and always keep working on themselves.
